If you would like to become a member of the Mogadore Schools Alumni Foundation, please see the link below to download and print our membership form. The completed form should be returned, along with payment, to the Mogadore Local Schools Administration Building.

The Administration Building is located at 1 South Cleveland Avenue, Mogadore, OH 44260. Attention should be to Mogadore Schools Alumni Foundation.
